It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract with a vendor for Janitorial Services per the stated bid specifications described herein for the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child and Family Well Being, CDSA Morganton Office. This contract would be for a period of one (1) year beginning February 1 or when the contract executed date with two (2) optional additional years in one (1) year increments. The State will be responsible for the services requested and received. The Division of Child and Family Well Being, is seeking janitorial services for their Morganton location, located at 145- A West Parker Road, Morganton, NC. The services will consist of all-inclusive janitorial services two (2) days per week, including all necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, consumables and any other applicable services needed to keep the facility clean and properly supplied. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
