Bids are invited for the Sewer Rehabilitation Program, Invitation to Tender no. 23-008. The work includes the trenchless and open cut rehabilitation and repair of sanitary sewers in various locations across the City of Delta. Except to the extent they are modified by supplemental specifications, the specifications for the Work, including the Standard Detail Drawings, are those found in the MMCD latest edition. Those are the only portions of the MMCD that apply to this project. The Invitation to Tender document and process, and the contract Delta enters into with the successful Bidder, are in the form contained herein. The MMCD Instructions to Tenderers and General Conditions do not apply Submission of questions: Any questions should be submitted by January 23, 2023. The City will endeavour to respond to all questions received before this date. There may be insufficient time to respond to questions received later.
