Bids submitted must be individually sealed, and identified on the outside for each specific project. A bidders bond or a certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount bid and payable must accompany the bid to the Treasurer of Fillmore County. Fillmore County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
