AREAS TO BE SERVICED: Area shall include the non-irrigated grassy fields between the perimeter road and 7.5 miles of Airport Security Fence. Service area borders Langley Avenue on the north, Summit Boulevard on the south, Spanish Trail on the east and 12th Avenue to the west. Contractor is not required to mow in or around the runways or the taxiways (see Exhibit A for areas excluded). Mowing Debris Removal The face of the sealed envelope shall be plainly marked identifying the bidder, the item(s) or service(s) bid and the bid number. No late submittals will be accepted. Multiple submittals (or pricing) from the same entity will not be accepted. Immediately afterward those submittals received will be opened and publicly read. Interested parties are invited and encouraged to attend. A bid tabulation with a Notice of Intent to Award will be posted to the City's website at electronically Bidders are advised to check the website frequently. Bidders shall include with their submittal a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or insurance company's executed bond, payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) as evidence of good faith for a minimum period of sixty days.
