James Hamblin School HVAC Upgrades, 64 Empress Ave W, Qu'Appelle, SK S0G 4A0. .1 Mechanical HVAC system installation to provide outside air to classrooms, replacement of existing perimeter radiation control valves and related controls upgrades. .2 Associated electrical work. .3 Duct work installation, .4 Cutting, patching, sealing and interior and exterior walls - Some conditions may impact masonry .5 Structural supports for new exterior wall openings. .6 Millwork modifications. .7 Fire stopping at wall penetrations. .8 Miscellaneous painting. .9 Selective demolition. .10 Wall/ceiling patching and finishing. Note that any new flooring supply and installation will be completed by PVSD own forces. Contractor to minimize any removal of existing flooring. Any damage to existing flooring to be repaired by contractor. Bid Documents will also be posted to www.SaskTenders.ca and PVSD's website http://www.pvsd.ca/tenders/Pages/default.aspx.
