All controls work will be done by an independent controls contractor. All air handling units shall be furnished terminal strip for custom controls by others. VRF systems shall be integrated via BACnet. 2. Provide current lead time for all equipment 3. All equipment to include start-up and shipping. 4. Provide equipment warranty information with bid. 5. Provide initial equipment selection and submittal information at the time of bid. 6. All sales tax or use tax required under this bid will be the biddersresponsibility. This proposal is to purchase and deliver all equipment pertaining to the HVAC renovations at Stewartsboro Elementary School. This will include VRF systems at both sites, various heat pump air handling units, exhaust fans, and unit heaters.
