You are welcomed to our school district and are invited to consider submitting a proposal for a diesel generator and UPS system to Cleburne Independent School District . The project location is:Central Office 505 N Ridgeway DR, Suite 100, Cleburne, Texas 76033. There are many requirements to complete the submission, so be sure to read, sign, complete, and return all documents requested. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities in order to take the action which it deems the most advantageous to the District. The contract (or contracts, at the District's discretion) requested would cover Generator & UPS System more specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto. The specification included in Exhibit A is for reference purposes only. Any substitutions are welcomed. Substitutions with like items shall be submitted for evaluation by Michael Wallace, Executive Director of Technology. The equal substitute must meet the materiality and options outlined in the specification. The District, in its sole discretion, will determine if any substitutes are considered equal. For all specifications, including substitutes, warranty issues must be addressed immediately with either replacement of the product and/or partner/s labor on-site in less than thirty (30) calendar days.
