RFI s Due: 1/25/23 by 1:00pm. WCA and MVUSD encourage the participation of small, disadvantaged, minority owned, women owned, and disabled veteran owned business enterprises. Per AB2031 All subcontractors that hold a qualifying contractor s license must submit a prequal application. Prequal packets must be submitted no later than 10 business days prior to the bid date. Respondents must be properly licensed for the scope of work being responded to. All trade contractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations at bid submittal date. Skilled & Trained Workforce will be enforced, as this is a Lease Leaseback project. Bonding: All trades must provide bond rate.
