Engineer's Estimated Cost: $70,000,000 to $80,000,000 Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Required License Type Required: A The work under Schedule A comprises construction of a granular activated carbon treatment system, a Green Sand filtration system, a staggered bed ion exchange system and building, equipping of two on-site wells, well buildings, blow-off pond, product water pumping station and building, bag filters, chemical storage and feed systems, chemical storage area canopy, utility building, surge tanks, forebay tanks, backwash waste handling facility, site grading and landscaping, perimeter wall, associated process and site piping and connections to existing pipelines, valves and appurtenances, building mechanical systems, electrical systems, instrumentation and control systems, street improvements on Perris Boulevard in the vicinity of the Perris North Groundwater Treatment Facility, coordination with constructed Cactus II Feeder under warranty, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The work under Schedule A also comprises construction of and equipping of two off-site wells (208 and 209), well buildings, blow-off pond, chemical storage and feed systems, site grading and landscaping, perimeter walls, associated process and site piping and connections to existing pipelines, valves and appurtenances, building mechanical systems, electrical systems, instrumentation and control system, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Each well is situated on District owned property south of Ironwood Avenue between Heacock Street and Nita Drive in the City of Moreno Valley, California. In addition to the well equipping, raw water conveyance pipelines from the wells to a tie-in location in Ironwood and onsite piping are required.
