Project no - 23-224, 30-23-01, 2023-40129, 2314 This project will expand the existing senior center by adding approximately 4,000 square feet of building space allowing the center to serve the growing number of senior citizens with additional programs, classes, events, and social activities. The project will upgrade existing restrooms and other facilities to current ADA standards. Modifications to the existing parking lot and landscape areas to accommodate the expansion may be included, as necessary. The work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, clearing and grubbing, mass/over-excavation as required by the Geotechnical Investigation and as noted on the Contract Drawings; compaction, foundation footings, erection/aligning and welding of structural steel, construction of CMU walls, slab on grade; rough and finish plumbing; rough and finish electrical; rough and finish mechanical; exterior cladding; exterior and interior glazing; fire sprinklers and fire suppression systems; doors and hardware; gypsum board walls; miscellaneous metals; painting; flooring; toilet partitions; excavation, conduit, site utilities that include domestic water, fire water, sewer, telephone, cable, gas connections and other related utilities and connections; irrigation and landscaping, site hardscape; recycling of materials; preparation of redline as-built drawings; O&M manuals and other related work described in the Special Provisions including all parts of the Technical Provisions, Detailed Provisions and as shown and required in the Contract Documents to achieve Final Completion.
