Renovation of an educational facility in Moreno Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Riverside Community College District, hereinafter referred to as the District, invites proposals for prequalification statements from firms, to provide construction services related to Student Services Renovation project at Moreno Valley College. Moreno Valley College will be renovating the existing Student Services building totaling 14,365 gross square foot building. Project includes demolition, and complete renovation of the existing 3story Student Services Building. The District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions of the RFP as necessary, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal or proposal process. Vendors are responsible for confirmation that they have viewed all addenda prior to the RFQ deadline and will be required to acknowledge addenda on their proposal form.
