Per National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, OC San is required to have a dome cover for every PSB. The dome and its supports were constructed in 1987 (Figure 2), and the support columns were retrofitted back in 1995 (Figure 3). The original aluminum posts from 1987 for PSB G are badly corroded, to the point of impacting the stability of the dome. Also, a small section of the baffle wall has collapsed due to a corroded aluminum angle (Figure 4). This project shall rehabilitate project elements described in Section 4. See Exhibits A (SOW) and Appendix for further detail.
