February 1, 2023 Questions due by 4:00 p.m. (PT) February 15, 2023 Responses to questions will be published The Napa County Department of Public Works is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking contract pricing from a licensed contractor to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspection services for the County's generators. The selected contractor will provide routine, non-routine, and on-call/emergency services at various County locations. Scope of Work The selected contractor will provide routine, non-routine, and on-call/emergency maintenance, repair, and inspection of generators at various County locations. See Attachment A for full scope of work. Term of Contract Term of contract is anticipated to be five (5) years, comprised of an initial three (3) year term with the provision of two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The contract start date is anticipated to be July 1, 2023. The County reserves the right to award an agreement without further competition based on the responses received to this RFP. The County reserves the right to request additional information not included in this RFP from any or all Respondents after proposal due date. The County reserves the right to contact references not provided in the submittals.
