Renovation of an educational facility in Carpenter, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of removing the existing heating water plant at Carpenter Elementary School and installing new gas-fired condensing boilers, boiler pumps, hydronic system pumps, air separator, expansion tank, chemical bypass feeder, and temperature controls. The new boiler system shall be tied into the existing DDC system. Miscellaneous roof and wall cutting/patching are required for the project. The prime mechanical contractor shall employ a licensed general contractor and qualified roofing contractor for this work. Question Deadline 02/01/2023 at 10:00 AM MT
