Renovation of an educational facility in Carpenter, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project includes demolition of the existing PVC roof system and installation of a new PVC roof system over the Kitchen/class room roof and Removal of the existing PVC roof and installation of a new metal roof system on the Gymnasium. The Gymnasium roofing work of the project consists of but not limited to removing the existing PVC roof system, insulation, flashings, metal drip edge and the existing built-up roof system under the existing PVC roof system Installing a new standing seam metal roof, new rigid insulation, Z channel, plywood sheathing, penetration flashings and all flashings required for the installation of the new roof system. Protecting existing gym floor. Existing electrical conduit is installed on top of the existing 3" T & G roof deck. The Kitchen/Class room area roofing work of the project consists of but not limited removing the existing PVC roof system, insulation, flashings, metal drip edge and the existing built-up roof system under the existing PVC roof system. Installing a new PVC roofs system, new R-30 rigid insulation, tapered insulation, cover board, membrane flashing and metal flashing as required. Existing electrical conduit is installed on top of the existing 1.5" T & G roof deck.
