**As of March 20, 2023, project was awarded to Eric Construction but awarded amount is not confirmed.** The Project consists of the following items: 11,525 Lin. Ft. 12", 8", 6" & 4" Water Main 210 Lin. Ft. 16"x12" W.S.P.S. Wall (Case Bore) 41 Each 8", 6" & 4" Valve & Box 5,800 Sq. Yd. HMA Base Crushing and Shaping 7000 Sq. Yd. Cold Milling HMA Surface 2200 Ton HMA 1 LS Cleanup 1 LS Traffic Control Each proposal shall be accompanied by certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be drawn payable to VILLAGE OF ST CHARLES as security for the acceptance of the Contract and subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid which is considered most favorable to the Owner. Electronic copies of plans, proposal forms and specifications may be viewed beginning January 13, 2023 on the bidding section of the Spicer Group website. Use the Bid Form in the specifications for submittal of sealed bid. All addendums will also be posted to this website. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring all addendums have been received and acknowledged prior to submittal of the bid. Use the bidform in the specifications for submittal of sealed bid.
