Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work is described as Including, but not limited to: Replace heating boilers, boiler pumps, domestic water heater, and domestic hot water recirculation pumps; and all associated piping as noted on the plans. Include all associated electrical work, controls and work associated with roof repairs. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. 100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner. Work of replacing the High School Boilers and installation of new domestic hot water heaters shall be completed fall 2025
