Site work and paving for a civil project in Roy, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing and installing 2,200 Lineal feet of 4 C900 DR18 PVC waterline an existing city street. The work also includes: the installation fittings, replacement of service laterals, air/vac valves, landscaping repair, asphalt trench repair; and all other related appurtenance and associated work as indicated in the Contract Document. The work is in the Hal Vern Subdivision West of 2275 West Street and north of 4000 North in Roy City, Utah. All work specified in the contract documents shall be completed prior to April 1, 2021. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to Roy Water Conservancy District as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract, secure payment of Workers Compensation insurance and furnish a satisfactory, faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price. No specification interpretations will be made by telephone, nor will any or equal products be considered for approval prior to award of contract. Roy Water Conservancy District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the District.
