New Britain Public Library will receive bids for the Replacement of the HVAC Control System in the Library Base Bid Scope of work includes demolition of the existing Trane Building Automation System and provision of a new Tridium Niagara Honeywell WEBs BACnet web-based control system for the existing rooftop units, VAV boxes and zone dampers. There is also an Alternate Bid to replace the controls serving the steam boiler plant. Davis-Bacon Wages Rates will apply to this project.
