Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work under this contract shall include removing 128-feet of 15 to 18-inch Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP), removing existing brick structure, installing 128-feet of 15-inch PVC pipe, installing 48-inch concrete structure, re-connecting existing sewer services, reconstructing the bituminous alley/church parking lot. All questions should be emailed to the City of Superior ESD at: gundersonb@ci.superior.wi.us. The final addendum(s) will be issued Tuesday, January 24th , 2023, at 4:00pm
