Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work under this contract shall consist of removing approximately 42 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer, installing approximately 42LF of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, reconnecting two (2) service laterals, removing three (3) precast concrete manholes, installing three (3) precast concrete manholes, site restoration including asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk, 30-Inch concrete curb and gutter, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract.
