The successful Bidder will take control of the coolers FOB Winnipeg, and will arrange and pay for the transportation of the coolers to the work site in Garden Hill First Nation. The Contractor will be responsible for the safety and security of the coolers. The Contractor will install the coolers and perform all work necessary to make the coolers operational.
