Demolition and site work for a residential development in Worden, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The prevailing rate of hourly wages as set forth in the current "U.S. Department of Labor, General Decision IL20210017" is to be paid to all persons employed on this Project. Certified payroll forms must be submitted to the Owner in the form and number as set forth by the Owner. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, a bank cashier's check, bank draft or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. A Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price and each with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Prospective bidders shall be skilled in the type of work called for in this Project and shall demonstrate same through the submission of a resume listing all pertinent projects performed within the last five (5) years as requested by the Engineer. The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Worden reserve the right to reject any or all proposals.
