SUMMARY OF SERVICES The scope of services to be provided generally includes the following: The District has a sizeable Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Development Program. In support of these programs, the District is soliciting proposals for On-Call Surveying Services. The District is seeking a up to two (2) Consulting Firm(s) who can provide specialized surveying and mapping services on an as-needed, task order basis. The successful Respondent is expected to respond to the requested services within ten (10) business days of the request. The successful Respondent must have a licensed Professional Land Surveyor or qualified Professional Engineer on staff. The original contract will be in the amount of $50,000. The scope of services to be provided generally includes the following: 1. Field topographic surveying; 2. Boundary surveying; 3. Preparation of legal descriptions and plat maps; and 4. Lot line adjustments and lot consolidations. While the full scope of work shall be negotiated in a Professional Services Agreement, the Respondent will be expected to fulfill, at a minimum, the services and technical requirements described herein.
