The Sunrise Beach Fire Protection District is seeking bids for remodel work to be done at the Station #4. 2617 State Rd F, Sunrise Beach, MO 65079. The Sunrise Beach Fire Protection District needs a remodel of our Station #4 which features living space and three apparatus bays. The project will require architectural drawings be followed but not limited to: Main Floor 1) Remodel of current office to a Day Room 2) Removal of bathroom to provide an access path to main floor kitchen 3) Remodel of main floor kitchen to include amenities for the following - Installation of three refrigerators - Installation of three pantries - Accommodation for ice maker - Cabinetry and kitchen appliances installed, including dishwasher 4) Replacement of tile on main floor 5) Removal of water tank from proposed kitchen area
