This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Wanamingo, Minnesota. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
10,000 tons, more or less, of crushed rock 7/8-inch to be placed within Roscoe Township upon such roadways, on or before the July 15,2023 completion date as illustrated by a roadway map now on file and available for review with the Roscoe Town Clerk. It is expected that a minimum of 1000 tons per day will be delivered during spring rocking. If that rate is not met, the hauler will be responsible for the motorgrader expense for the day. The successful quote shall provide a performance bond in the amount of $20,000. The bond shall be on form acceptable to Roscoe Township. The bond shall be construed in scope and coverage in accordance with the Public Contractor's Bond Law in the State of Minnesota. The successful quote shall pay to the Roscoe Township, as fixed and agreed, liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay beyond the agreed completion date until the work is completed and delivered the sum of $100 and successful quote and his sureties shall be liable for the amount thereof. The sum is not to be construed in any sense as a penalty. Roscoe Township reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to select a quote in the best interest of the township.
