Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are requested consists of erosion control, removing the existing bituminous or concrete surface, unclassified excavation, 6-inch crushed aggregate base course, sawing, 3-inch asphaltic concrete pavement, lawn restoration, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, installation of storm sewer, installation of water service, installation of fountain, installation of lighting units. Construction of Wilson Park shall consist of clearing and grubbing trees and brush, sawcutting, removal of concrete, removal of asphalt, common excavation, site grading, preparation of subbase, 6-inch crushed aggregate base, 5-inch concrete sidewalk, HMA, storm sewer installation, water service installation, fountain installation, restoration and landscaping. Bid Bond 5% No Pre-Bid Conference Available All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Eau Claire Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Project 2023-12 shall be substantially complete by September 1, 2023.
