Wenatchee Reclamation District requires the services of an engineering firm for the following: Provide engineering services necessary for operation of RCW 87 irrigation district. The engineering services needed include, but are not limited to, (1) general engineering services for operation and maintenance of the District's irrigation system and (2) GIS mapping/District mapping. Engineering firms responding to this notice must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of (1) irrigation districts, (2) local requirements/conditions including water demands based on varying crops, weather conditions, equipment placement/configuration, power availability and other constraints and (3) schedule of Rates and Charges. All responding firms must submit a letter of interest, a statement of qualifications including relevant experience, project engineer and other staff, in-house expertise and area familiarity, a list of related completed projects and no less than three references with telephone numbers. After screening the materials received, the District may request interviews with selected firms Minority and women-owned firms are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this announcement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
