Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The order of magnitude for the project is approximately $500,000 - $700,000. Sealed bids will be received by The City of Wenatchee for construction of the Ninth Street Parking Lot project. The project involves a new parking lot near the corner of Ninth Street and Walla Walla Avenue in Wenatchee. Work includes grading, drainage, surfacing, paving, illumination, striping, landscaping, irrigation, and other work all in accordance with the plans, specifications and the WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications. Time for completion of the work is limited to 40 working days. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Checks shall be made payable to The City of Wenatchee. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to The City of Wenatchee. The City of Wenatchee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days. This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
