Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects (DFARS 236.204) - The estimated price range of the proposed construction is betw een $25,000,000.00 to $100,000,000.00. The contractor shall not begin on site w ork until the bond documents and insurance certificates have been accepted by the Contracting Officer and a Notice to Proceed, signed by the Contracting Officer, has been received and signed by the Contractor.
