Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in South Burlington, Vermont. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of South Burlington is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for engineering and design services for an expansion of the Department of Public Works (DPW) Facility, and associated site improvements, located at 104 Landfill Road. At this time, the City is requesting submissions from interested consulting firms. The City of South Burlington reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to award contracts in whole or in part if it is in the best interest of the City. The method of contractor has not been determined at this time.
