Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Schuylkill Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete the installation of an asphalt pavement overlay of approximately 26,000 square yards of Superpave Asphalt Mix Design, Wearing Course 9.5 mm Mix to a 1.5 depth, milling the existing surface to a depth of 1.5, pavement base repairs, replacement of sanitary sewer manhole frames and covers, replacement of inlet top units, installation of pavement line striping and pavement markings and miscellaneous work on Yeager Road, 5th Avenue, 6th Avenue and Cha Mar Lane. The project will also include providing all, labor, equipment and materials to remove and replace plain cement concrete curb at ADA/PennDOT compliant curb ramps, to remove and replace concrete ADA/PennDOT compliant curb ramps and to install ADA compliant detectable warning surfaces. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount, thereafter, required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and Waiver of Lien. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the Bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated.
