Springfield Water and Sewer Commission OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT Invitation for Bids; Price Agreement for the Purchase of Ductile Iron Pipe The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission (hereafter; "SWSC" or the "Commission"), through its Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to enter into a price agreement for the purchase of various lengths and diameters of ductile iron pipe. The selected vendor(s) will supply the SWSC on an as needed basis during the term of this agreement. Up to two (2) vendors will be awarded a contract. he term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year. The amount of the contract(s) will be for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00 per year. All questions must be made in writing and submitted via email to theo.theocles@waterand sewer.org no later than 2/2/2023 at 4:00 P.M. in order to be considered. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so. (January 20)
