The Court Square Improvement Project includes sidewalk, paver, landscape, drainage, electrical and other improvements to Court Square, as well as roadway improvements to Elm Street and Court Square Way. The project is expected to commence construction on June 23, 2023, with substantial completion of the Court Square Way and Elm Street Roadway portion by November 17, 2023 and full construction completed by July 1, 2024. This Invitation for Bids is subject to M.G.L. Ch. 30 39M and other state procurement statutes. MA Prevailing Wages and Federal Davis-Bacon Wages will apply to this project. This project has an estimated cost of five million, four hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($5,450,000).
