Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Improvements to Marshall Roy Park will include installation of sediment & erosion controls, demolition of existing splash pad and pavements, installation of owner furnished splash pad and fitness equipment, installation of site utilities, construction of paved walkway, installation of owner furnished site furnishings, concrete work, and landscaping. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
