The City of Springfield invites all interested, qualified persons or firms to submit proposals for performing on-call as needed, environmental monitoring services. Work will consist of environmental testing, monitoring, remediation and oversight in connection with City demolition and construction projects. This RFP is subject to M.G.L. c. 30B. The initial term of the Contract will be one year, but will contain two (2) one-year renewal options. RFP documents can be requested through the City's website or in person beginning on Monday, February 20, 2023. MA Prevailing Wages and Federal Davis-Bacon Wages will apply to this project. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all proposals if it is in the public interest to do so.
