The Miami County Auditor is requesting proposals for Miami Countys 2024 and 2025 New Construction/Maintenance and the 1/1/2025 Revaluation Program. It is not the Auditors intent to use the proposals to arrive at a low bid, but to instead use the proposals as a means of fairly evaluating the appraisal companies with respect to the quantity and quality of work proposed to be performed. The following are not specific proposal specifications but are evaluation criteria to be followed and incorporated into the pricing scheme when completing the proposal. Each evaluation criteria point should be addressed, with any exceptions noted as such. Any additional point(s) a company wishes to include will be considered separately from the original evaluation criteria. The proposals will then be judged as to which best meets the needs of Miami County. The County Auditor may ask the appraisal companies to make a presentation or to demonstrate the companys ability to perform the required tasks. Any presentation or demonstrations will be held at a mutually agreed upon time and location.
