Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Troy, Ohio. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of May 14, 2024, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, bidding is expected to commence late 2024 or early 2025. Construction is expected to start in 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Troy is intending to reconstruct Troy's Downtown Square Area, Streetscapes, and Sidewalks. The square was last renovated over twenty years ago. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for design and construction administration consultant services to coordinate a comprehensive design including, but not limited to: sidewalks, drainage, utilities, pedestrian bump-outs, landscape features, traffic flow, pedestrian movements, ADA compliance, special event needs, safety features, preparation of plans, estimates, specifications, and contract documents for the construction of this project. Please submit questions regarding the Request for Proposal to Stan Kegley, Project Manager in writing at stan.kegley@troyohio.gov The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
