Moisture-resistant Structural Ice Deck Replacement for the Hobart Arena, Troy, Ohio, in Accordance With the Specifications Now on File in the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall, Troy, Ohio. A Bid Guaranty as Follows is Required to Accompany Each Proposal as a Guarantee That if the Proposal is Accepted a Contract Will Be Entered Into: a Bid Bond in the Amount of 100% Payable to the City of Troy, or a Certified Check, a Cashiers Check, Official Bank Check, or a Letter of Credit in the Amount of 10% Payable to the City of Troy, Ohio. The City of Troy Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Irregularities in the Bids When to the Advantage of the City and to Select the Best Bid in Its Opinion. The City of Troy, Ohio is in Compliance With Ada. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing and no later than 72 hours prior to the bid opening.
