Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and interior renovations to René-Lévesque Montreal University Residences housing 221 apartments including 434 rooms. The scope of the project includes upgrades of all mechanical, electrical and sanitary infrastructures that are obsolete and at the end of their useful life, improvement of air conditioning, upgrades of fire protection equipment, improvement of the lighting system, increasing the surface area of the building's shared spaces related to studies, relaxation and entertainment. TIMELINE: Project was put temporary on hold pending funding at working drawings preparation stage. Timelines for a tender and construction are not finalized. Further update in summer/fall 2026.
