This project is part of the State of Wisconsin LOCAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT PRO- GRAM (LRIP) and will include but is not limited to the following approximated quantities of work: FURNISH, INSTALL, AND CONSTRUCT: 3,100 SY Asphalt Pavement Removal 110 SY Concrete Sidewalk & Driveway Removal 720 LF 15-Inch to 4-Inch Storm Sewer Main & Lateral 11 EA Storm Sewer Manhole & Inlet Structures 870 SF 6-Inch and 4-Inch Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway Approach 170 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 680 Tons HMA Pavement 250 SY Lawn Restoration The project locations are listed below: Marsh Street - Church Street to Main Street (LRIP) Church Street - Marsh Street to West Barrett Street (LRIP) Thorp Street & Gordon Street Intersection (Alternate) All bids shall be prepared on the proposal forms provided in the specifications and shall remain attached thereto and shall be addressed to Village of St Cloud, P.O. Box 395, St Cloud, Wisconsin 53079. No bid shall be withdrawn, for a period of thirty days after the opening of said bids, without the consent of the Village Board. The Village of St Cloud may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action against the Village. The Village also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in bidding, and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the Village. No bid will be opened unless the "Bidder's Proof of Responsibility" for 2023 is filed at least five days before the scheduled time for opening of bids. Reference is made to Section 66.0901(2) and (3) Wisconsin Statutes. The Village Board's decision as to qualifications shall be final. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft, payable to the Village of St Cloud, or satisfactory bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the gross bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted as the successful bid, such successful bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and performance bond within ten days after notice of award of contract.
