Renovation of an educational facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Remove existing two roof top units at the main gymnasium, including equipment, curbs, controls, wiring, accessories, and piping. Provide two new rooftop units, curbs and energy recovery ventilators. Provide new natural gas piping to each unit. A walkthrough will not be scheduled. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to submit qualifications to the approval of the Architect and Owner with their bid. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Section 00 21 13. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
