Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Safford, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Graham County requests bids to insulate and paint the interior of 4 metal and block exhibit buildings at the Graham County Fairgrounds, the total square footage of the building combined is approximately 25,000 sq. ft. Estimated Project Construction Cost of Less than $500,000 to $9,999,999 7.1 Apply 1.5" closed cell foam to the exterior metal walls, gable ends, doors, and roof decks of buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4 (Exhibit D). 7.2 Buildings 1, 2, and 3 to be treated as one large building applying foam to the combined exterior walls creating one sealed envelope. Building 4 is to be treated as a standalone building. 7.3 All floors, walls, lighting, fans, outlets, electric boxes, switches, etc. shall be covered and protected from overspray. 7.4 Flashing shall be installed at gable ends (and any other places that may need backing for foam) of buildings where needed to create an airtight seal. 7.5 All holes, gaps, etc. in metal on the walls and roof shall be covered with metal tape or flashing to prevent leakage. 7.6 Paint all sprayed foamed areas and the exposed metal around the foamed areas with fire resistant paint. Paint shall be white or other color as approved by the County. 7.7 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the work in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, codes, and ordinances. 7.8 Contractor shall be a licensed contractor in the State of Arizona. 7.9 Work must be performed Monday through Thursday, buildings must be cleaned and available and acceptable for occupancy on all Fridays throughout the project. 7.10 Work must be complete prior to April 15, 2023. 7.11 Prior to submitting a bid, bidder must schedule and attend a site visit with the County
