For Rowley Town Hall HVAC Installation - Sub Bid Sub Bid Category: Electrical The Town of Rowley, Massachusetts invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Rowley Town Hall HVAC Installation, Rowley, Massachusetts. The work includes the installation of a new heating and cooling electric heat-pump system, including the installation of a 3-phase electric service to the building. Bidders must be DCAMM . Work must be completed within 120 days The work under this Section shall consist of installing all conduit, wire and associated equipment required to furnish and install all of the necessary electrical equipment for the components of the work. Work shall consist of the removal ofbthe existing electrical service including overhead electrical service riser, electric meter housing, service panelboards, conduit, wire and appurtenances. The installation of a new underground electrical service from the existing pad mounted transformer, trenching, backfilling and patching, conduit, electrical service , main fused disconnect switch, panelboard and the reconnection of existing circuits and the demolition of existing HVAC units wiring and the powering of the new HVAC equipment. Work to be Performed: The scope of work consists of the installation of all materials to be furnished under this Section, and without limiting the generality thereof, includes: 1. Demolition of existing electric service equipment and HVAC power circuits 2. Underground electric service 3. Electric meter housing 4. Trenching, backfilling, pavement patching, core drilling 5. Service conduit and wire 6. Equipment Grounding 7. Main fused disconnect switch 8. Service panelboard 9. Reconnection of existing circuits 10. Powering of the new HVAC units 11.
