For Replacing Flat Roof Areas at Scotts Hill Elementary School Henderson County Board of Education is seeking sealed bids for replacing the flat roof areas at Scotts Hill Elementary School, 1 Hwy 114 in Scotts Hill, TN 38374. All bids must comply with Federal, State, and Local requirements. Specs required include the following: o 9 sections; 14,000 square feet overall; 19 Penetrations o Licensed, Bonded, Insured o TPO Membrane Roof 60 mil o Fully adhere roof system required on Tectunn Roof Deck o Material Delivery Date; Starting and Completion Date on Install (T.C.A. 62-6-119: The name, license number, expiration date thereof, and license classification of the contractor applying to bid for the prime contract must appear on the outside of the bid envelope.) It is necessary for the bidder to provide evidence of compliance with the applicable provisions of T.C.A. Title 62, Chapter 6. DAVIS BACON ACT Federal dollars are being used towards the funding of this project. Applicable to construction contracts exceeding $2,000 when required by Federal program legislation.
