Renovation of an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project includes the removal and replacement of cabinet fan unit motors, VFDs, contactors and controls serving the concourses between the LC-CS and GT-CS, buildings. Fan coil units serving the EC-RL concourse shall be removed and replaced including new piping and controls. Motor and VFD modifications for 14 existing fan coil units. Removal and replacement of 8 fan coil units. The Base Bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. This project will have to be completed during summer break (May 1st through August 15th.)
