The Project consists of constructing a new pump station, approximately 5,900 LF of 3" PVC low pressure sewer main, 1,500 LF of 4" PVC low pressure sewer main, 7,500 LF of 1-1/4" low pressure sewer laterals, and approximately 4,700 LF of 8" PVC gravity piping for the collection of sewer for the community of Joy Beach, as well as 48 grinder pumping stations, 17 sanitary sewer manholes, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. The gravity piping will tie into the new pump station, in which the new force main will take the flow up Book hammer Landing, to Camp Arrowhead Rd to an existing manhole for the tie-in location. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
