Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Banks, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

1.1 Installation of a 6-inch PVC water main from the cul-de-sac end of Wilkes Street to the exiting water main running parallel to the railroad tracks. Installation of connections to existing water system from the cul-de-sac to existing water main. 1.2 Installation of a 6-inch PVC water main connecting the existing inner water main loop along Woodman Alley from the intersection of Parmley Avenue and Woodman Alley to the exiting water main running parallel to the railroad tracks. Installation of connections to existing water system from Parmley Avenue to existing water main and testing and disinfection. 1.3 Replacement of existing service meters and meter boxes within Woodman Alley and Wilkes Street cul-de-sac with radio read meters. Work includes replacement of existing water service lines, associated laterals, valves, and curb stops along Woodman Alley and Wilkes St and testing and disinfection. 1.4 Removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb and gutter along north side of Wilkes Street. Install 2 Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliant ramps: One set at Wilkes St and Main St and the second at the jog at Wilkes St to the cul-de-sac. Modification of 1 existing ADA ramp at Wilkes St & Park Ave. Remove and install pavement along Wilkes Street and intersection with NW Parmley Avenue and from intersection to Wilkes St cul-de-sac. Install crosswalk and parking striping. 1.5 Remove and replacement of pavement along Woodman Alley. 1.6 Removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb and gutter along Depot St. Install 2 Americans with ADA compliant ramp. Remove and replacement of pavement along Depot St. Install crosswalk and parking striping and associated signage. 1.7 Remove and replacement of pavement along the north portion of Woodman Ave from Main St to Parmley. 1.8 Remove and replacement of pavement along Parmley Ave between north portion of Woodman Ave and Wilkes Street. 1.9 Demolition and removal of existing curb, sidewalk, ramps, driveway, trees, shrubs, landscaping, and fencing, service laterals, fire hydrants, waterlines to accomplish scope of work. Work includes erosion control. 1.10 Bid Alternate A shall include: 1.10.1 Installation of a 6-inch PVC water main from Woodman Alley down Parmley Ave to Wilkes St. Installation of connections to existing water system from the cul-de-sac to existing water main. 1.10.2 Replacement of existing service meters and meter boxes within Wilkes St and Parmley Ave with radio read meters.
