The City of South Lake Tahoe is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for on call snow removal services for city facilities. It is the intention of the City to award an on-call seasonal contract to remove snow from facility roofs, canopies, car and equipment ports, and structural building components such as decks during and/or following larger snowstorms, or when, in the opinion of the city, snow density and weight have the potential to compromise building and/or equipment integrity. The selected contractor at the direction of the Public Works Director will be assigned specific locations during and/or following storm events. The Contractor will be required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract value ($50,000).Bid Bond - 0%.
