Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raton, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of May 30,2023, project was awarded to Magnum Welding and Construction, LLC, awarded amount is $1,009,939.76 City of Raton, Sugarite Avenue Reconstruction Project Notice is hereby given that competitive sealed bids will be accepted by City of Raton for the Sugarite Avenue Reconstruction Project. The work shall generally consist of: Roadway improvements to Sugarite Ave. in Raton from Roundhouse Road to the I-25 on ramp. The project includes: removal and replacement of existing damaged curb, gutter and sidewalk, patching existing asphalt pavement, hot-poured crack sealant, new protected bike lane with concrete curb, bollards, and object markers, micro-surfacing of existing pavement, utility cover adjustments with concrete collar, concrete valley gutter and accessible ramp construction, and new pavement markings and signage.
